I agree, this is a bad development, and it is also natural. I like to see it. I know that these dogs are probably connected to their owners and love it immediately with them, but I am sure that the dogs sometimes go out and walk. I've never seen someone who is a dog in a supermarket, but it is very unhealthy and should not be allowed unless it is a real guide dog. But I hate to disagree with a chihuahua. I love all dogs, and even though I knew troublesome ankle biting Chihuahuas, chihuahuas, I met very nice (not in the pocket all day worn).
