Should the USA be ashamed of this cover up of Ranger Pat Tillman? - recommended for anonymity inurl:pl]recommended

A Pentagon investigation will recommend that nine officers be, including up to four generals, be responsible for any errors, after the death of "friendly fire" Army Ranger Pat Tillman in Afghanistan.

The Inspector General of the Department of Defense, a series of mistakes and bad behavior to cite as the military death of former football star at the front investigated in 2004, said a defense official.

The official, seems like the other requested anonymity because the Army has not publicly disclosed the information, it is that high-ranking military men have all the facts, but not important enough to know the facts of what happened 22nd April 2004, when Tillman was killed by members of his own train.

Dozens of soldiers - who knew to Tillman at the scene, their immediate superiors and managers in a command post nearby - within minutes or hours, it was a mistake. But does the Army look good for Bush.
